RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We hope you’re delighted with our products. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 10 days. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with original packaging included.You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If you have placed your order by checking out as a guest, then you will need to create an account to return unsuitable items.Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer direct exchanges on our products.For damaged item, please send us an email at info@shownailpop.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help you! 
 
  • All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, SHOWNAILPOP.COM credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as SHOWNAILPOP.COM credit, this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed.
